Good Wood Top 10 Women’s Boards over $400

These are the top ten women’s boards over $400 rated by Transworld Snowboarding. Every year Transworld tests and rates all the new gear for the upcoming season. They test every model of snowboard in three different sizes. The testing takes place on the slopes of Breckenridge, Colorado. Twenty-three expert testers are hired to test each board on every type of feature and terrain. Boards are scored based on what type of board they are. For example, park boards are scored according to criteria including ollies/nollies, rail stability, buttering, flex, turning and spinability. All-mountain boards are scored in jumping and spinning, with an additional focus on high-speed stability and turning, and less focus on rails.
